Today, Jack and I had so much fun....until the hiccups came. Jackson has HATED hiccups since I was pregnant with him. I remember feeling him hiccup and then he would just beat my insides up for a second and then he would hiccup and then beat my insides up (and he had hiccups a LOT for 3 months!). Well, nothing has changed. He got them when we were driving and it went a little something like this.
*HICCUP*
"No hiccup!"
*HICCUP*
"Mommy, make it STOP!"
*HICCUP*
"No, No, NOOOO!"
*HICCUP*
"NO, NO! I DON'T HICCUP!"
*HICCUP*
"ArrrraaaagggggghhhhhhhhaaaaaaHHHHH!"
*HICCUP*
"Mommy! AmbleackaMACKA VAMEAMDODIAM!!"" (This is where he descends into intelligible gibberish.
*HICCUP*
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
You get the idea. Then "Rude Boy" by Rihanna comes on the radio and he sings along and forgets about it and quits hiccuping, lol.
We went to the park for a long time tonight and he played CARS in the dirt with another little boy and they played SO good together! I was really pleased. When we got home, I was gathering his towels and stuff for his bath and he was in the bathroom. Suddenly, I hear "F**k it!" come out of the bathroom! I though that surely I had been hearing things and I listened again, only to hear "F**K IT!" again! I ran in there and asked Jack what he said and he repeated "F**k it, Mommy." I asked him: "Jacky, what does that mean?" and he pointed to the FAUCET, lol!! I almost died laughing. I had to tell him "Noooo, baby. That is a fAAAUUUCet!" How funny. I am just glad that he didn't hear the actual swear word somewhere!
